Delivery
Delivery is FREE on all UK orders. International delivery is £3.95 no matter what the size and takes
5 to 10 days depending on your country.
If after 10 working days your order still has not arrived, please check at your local sorting office as it may be too big to fit through most letter boxes.

A)
Goods are faulty
If you are not satisfied with the quality of a product you have purchased from us you can return it within 90 days of the original purchase date.
Once faulty goods have been received back into our warehouse, we will then replace or refund them. Normally this will be processed within
2-3 working days.

B) Wrong item received
If you have ordered the wrong item or our warehouse have made an error please contact customer services to raise the issue.

C) You have changed your mind
If you have ordered goods from us, but then simply decided that you wish to cancel your order, please ensure you contact customer services within
14 working days of receipt to raise the issue.
It is your responsibility to return the goods to us in a safe and secure manner and at your cost to yourself to reach us in an as new condition.
IN ALL CASES you must contact customer services to obtain a returns authorisation before sending any item back. |
